Our Main purpose for "scouting" is to find if
the surrounding networks will interfear with our MAN networking project. We
provide the information we find to the community so that if they wish to join
our network, or plan on developing a MAN network of their own, they can properly
access the impact of other 802.11x networks on their planned network.
